A curved-vane iron rotor mounted to a 6061-T6 hat on ten floating drive bobbins. The float lets the iron grow under heat without coning the friction face, so pedal travel stays where you left it after repeated stops. Directional vanes are handed — the discs ship marked left and right, and swapping them will cook the pads.
